4 out of 5 stars AFFORDABLE QUALITY   June 14, 2007

I recently purchased the CTK900 for my elderly Aunt. Her musical interest is in classical piano and church organ. This keyboard has a button for both piano pre-sets,and draw-bar organ. I have an older version with 2 song capability;which I still enjoy composing original instrumental music with. I would consider the CTK 900 an updated version of my Casio, & suitable for someone who appreciates the fine tonal qualities offered. My Aunt is 95, and I feel it satisfies her educated ear. This keyboard & accessories are a terrific value, and supply everything a musician needs to be creative. JS

I bought the Casio CTK-900 Keyboard as an extra portable keyboard to take with me on the road. I own a Casio WK-3300 that I have in my studio. The CTK 900 is the 61 key variation of the WK-3300. It has almost all of the features and it lets me transition smoothly from my studio to when I am perferming at a location. Of course as far as sound quality is concerned, the CTK-900 is not as rich as the WK-3300 (76 keyboard). I recommend the CTK-900 for any aspiring musician. I bought it because of the sound quality and because of the price range. For about $200, I got a keyboard, a keyboard stand, an adapter, and a chord finder device! I have been to some of the music retailers in my area and for about $200 or more I just get a keyboard, and I have to buy everything else as extras. I definitely know that I have made a right investment with the CTK-900 and accessories. Granted if you are an advanced or professional musician, than you would need to consider some of the other performance boards by other brands. However, you'd be surprise what the CTK-900 has to offer for the price! Best, John

I played clarinet as a kid and with the birth of my daughter thought it would be fun to reintroduce music into my life. This keyboard works great and sounds just a like a piano to me. I went to music stores to demo and the thing they said was most important was the ability to touch sensitive keys. They work great on this keyboard.

I am very happy so far.....

Getting this entire package at this price was definitely a good deal. I almost got a lesser deal from Guitar Center. I went to Sam Ask too and played with all the keyboards in this price range. The CTK-900 is definitely a "Best of Breed" and Amazon.com gave me the best price-- no lie.
