Visaton's 2917 K50WP 2" full-range speaker features a unique weather and UV-resistant design. A UL 94-rated ABS basket is used in conjunction with a one-piece mylar cone and surround. This allows the K50WP to be used in outdoor audio applications where water and high humidity are a factor. When used in a sealed enclosure, the front of this speaker conforms to the IP65 water resistance rating (meaning it can withstand direct moisture).

Note: For maximum power handling, a 1st-order 300 Hz high-pass filter is recommended.
