The IR remote chooses sources for the two HDMI outputs and selects 5.1 SPDIF, 5.1 digital coax, or 3.5 mm stereo audio output. This enables you to play with a game system in one room and watch a DVD or digital cable channel in a separate room without losing picture quality and having multiple sources in every room. The black metal enclosure and small 7.48" x 3.62" x 0.83" (190 x 92 x 21 mm) foot print blends in with most home theater systems. This switcher features a front panel LED light for easy status monitoring, plus a wireless IR Control for simple control from a distance.
