For optimal performance, pair the UM18-22 with a suitable cabinet. For sealed enclosures, a 4 cubic ft. cabinet produces an f3 of 33 Hz with a 0.85 Qtc alignment. For vented enclosures, a 6 cubic ft. cabinet produces an f3 of 22 Hz. Larger cabinets and lower tuning frequencies are possible.
