This insulated 8 position terminal jumper bar connects all 8 poles together in seconds making the whole barrier strip one conductor for positive or negative hook-up. Break it in half and now you have two 6 position jumper bars making one barrier strip positive and negative, or use it on a smaller 6 pole terminal barrier strip. The insulation helps prevent accidental electrical shock or short circuits. Its 12 mm pitch only fits 12 mm pitch lug terminal barrier strips.
